Masterplan, Feasibility and
Cost-Benefit Studies
In the initial phase of our projects, we adopt a strategic and long-term approach based on solid foundations. To this end, we prepare a comprehensive master plan before starting each project. The master plan process is a multidisciplinary study that includes not only physical layout planning but also a detailed analysis of social, economic, environmental and technical factors. In this way, we ensure that the project is shaped to adapt not only to today's conditions but also to future developments.
In addition, we carry out detailed feasibility studies to determine the project's viability and financial sustainability. These studies take into account many factors, including market analyses, target group assessments, cost estimates, revenue projections, risk analyses and regulatory compliance. We also measure the project's contributions to society, the environment and the economy through cost-benefit analyses. Thanks to these analyses, we are able to assess the value of the project not only from an investor's perspective, but also from a public interest perspective
Our approach, which places sustainability principles at its center, aims to both minimize environmental impacts and maximize social and economic benefits. In light of all these assessments, we establish a clear framework as to whether implementing the project is a sensible, sustainable and strategically sound decision. This ensures the efficient use of resources and increases the long-term success of our projects.
